In the unlikely event of a processing error resulting in a duplicate charge, failure to meet specific service requirements, or an inability to deliver as per our agreed timeline, we will issue a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within five days following the delivery of the initial service output. Failure to do so will be interpreted as your satisfaction with the services rendered. This refund policy applies to all service packages offered by Digital Brand Cast, under the following conditions:

– Full Refund: Eligible before the completion of the service delivery, subject to a 10% service and processing fee.

Record Maintenance

We maintain records of all completed projects and can provide you with access upon request for up to 6 months post-delivery, after which they will be permanently deleted.
